The “Malaysian Civil Procedure and Practice” highlights the procedural rules relating to civil practice and procedure. The chapters in this book come with several distinctive features and are well-explained in a clear and direct language. Each topic is accompanied with court forms and precedents which set out the manner a form is to be drafted applying the procedural rule and applicable law. A flow chart and a useful tool known as “Learn Through Questions” series is provided at the end of each chapter, as a guide for readers to have a clearer understanding of the procedural processes applied in court. Practitioners, students and those involved and interested in the Malaysian civil court justice system would find this book as a useful tool.
