About The Author

Lai Chee Hoe, a lawyer by profession is a Certificate of Legal Practice (“CLP”) Book-prize winner. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2005. He is also a certified adjudicator and arbitrator, empanelled with the Asian international Arbitration Centre (“AIAC”)

He specialises in civil litigation, in particular strata management disputes. He provides corporate advisory works and advises companies, Joint Management Body, Management Corporation on strata related pre-emptive actions. He argues complicated strata management disputes in court regularly and is constantly sought after to provide trainings and talks.
